At XcelMoto, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If an item did not meet your expectations, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return.
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items must arrived in their original condition, un-mounted and free of defects. Return shipping is the at the expense of the customer. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 75 days of delivery. We thoroughly inspect all items when they arrive at our returns facility. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or a defective product.If the return is not a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and 25% restocking fee.
If you initiate a return after 60 days, XcelMoto may issue a partial refund depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.
We will issue your refund to the form of payment within 3 business days after the package arrives at our facility. Once we issue your credit, we send you an email with your refund details. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for processing. If you have any questions or concerns about credit posting, please contact your financial institution.

Products Returned After 60 Days
Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 60 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. We also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund, as described in the Returns Policy.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
