Shipping Policy

Our items can be shipped to most countries and regions, but if you get one message pop-up in the checkout process on our site saying that "Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your locatioin. Please choose a different delivery address", please contact Customer Service, our team will help you to resolve it.

All the items are Free Shipping. Fairings and bodywork will be shipped with Express Shipping. For other items, they will be shipped with Ground Shipping (Economy Shipping),but Faster Express Shipping is available at extra shipping cost.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for cannot be marked as a "gift" but can be declared at altered prices.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your items as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship with Ground Shipping, but if you want a Faster Shipping Method, please select Express Shipping when it comes to " Want Faster Shipping ? " option. 

A shipping confirmation email (with tracking numbers) will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday and it ships out Tuesday, you will receive your tracking information Wednesday morning.

Return Policy

At XcelMoto, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If an item did not meet your expectations, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return.

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items must arrived in their original condition, un-mounted and free of defects. Return shipping is the at the expense of the customer. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 75 days of delivery. We thoroughly inspect all items when they arrive at our returns facility. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or a defective product.If the return is not a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and 30% restocking fee.

If you initiate a return after 60 days, XcelMoto may issue a partial refund depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.

We will issue your refund to the form of payment within 2 business days after the package arrives at our facility. Once we issue your credit, we send you an email with your refund details. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for processing. If you have any questions or concerns about credit posting, please contact your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

Any item that is customized will not be accepted for returns.

Products Returned After 60 Days

Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 60 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise.  

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges and Replacements

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received, if you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, please contact Customer Service firstly and our team will guide you how to ask for a exchanges/replacement.
